45 mins
  1. Edit

Dice half of the onion and slice and set aside the other half.

  2. Edit

Mix the diced onions and meat together.

  3. Edit

Add the flour a little at a time, then crack the egg and mix

  4. Edit

Slowly pour in the milk. The amount of flour and milk can be varied to your taste, you want to end up with the meat being pretty smooth and not too sticky.

  5. Edit

    Add salt and oregano.

  6. Edit

Let the meat sit in a refrigerator for about 15 mins.

  7. Edit

Pour some olive oil on a frying pan and set the heat to medium high. Form little lumps of meat with a spoon and put them on the pan.

  8. Edit

Flip the meatballs and do the other side. Add in the sliced onions.

  9. Edit

Once the meatballs are done, take them off the pan and serve them on some lettuce together with the onions!
