Pour udon pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes and a teaspoon of olive oil to avoid pasta stickiness. After 5 minutes, drain the hot water and rinse once with cold tap water.

Chop your onion, carrots and mushrooms thin. In a separate pot, fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add carrots and mushrooms and fry for 3 additional minutes. Add mince meat and fry for 5 minutes stirring constantly to avoid mince meat sticking together.

Finally add your ketchup and salt and let it boil for 4 more minutes. Add cheese powder on top of your hot pasta. And, Bon apetit!
