  1. 6-7 eggs
  2. 4 large potatoes
  3. 2 sausages of your liking for frying or cold cuts of your liking
  4. salt
  5. pepper
  6. fresh spearmint
  7. oil for frying

    Cut the potatoes into round slices and fry in plenty of oil.

  2. Add Photo

    Beat the eggs and add salt, pepper, the finely chopped fresh spearmint and the sausages or cold cuts in pieces to the mix.

    Just a short while before the potatoes are cooked remove most of the oil from the frying pan and add the egg mixture.

  4. Add Photo

    Let it cook on one side and then carefully turn it over using a spatula. It doesn't need too much cooking, the potatoes are already done and the eggs cook very fast.
