Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  1. 3 tbsp Olive oil
  2. 1/4 cucumber
  3. 1/4 tomato 🍅
  4. 1 small spoon preserved lemon 🍋
  5. 1 tbsp onion
  6. 2-3 sliced of bread 🥖

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice tomato, cucumber, preserved lemon, and onion.

  2. 2

    Mix well with olive oil, pepper and salt.

  3. 3

    Toast sliced bread and spread olive oil on them.

  4. 4

    Place the mixed vegetables on the bread, enjoy!
