  1. 1/4 kg cassava
  2. 100 gr palm sugar
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. Vegetable oil for frying

Method

15 minutes
  1. Add Photo

    Peel n wash cassava

  2. Add Photo

    Grate the cassava then throw away the water.

  3. Add Photo

    Mix grated cassava, salt, sugar then make balls

  4. Add Photo

    Press cassava ball then fill it with 1 tsp palm sugar each. Then make ball again

  5. Add Photo

    Heat frying pan then deep fry it

  6. Add Photo

    Serve it
