I started baking bread when I feel down. Now I don't buy bread anymore. I continued baking and baking... then I created this recipe. 😙😙 fluffy and this tastes like 食パン
Mix all ingredients and knead 15 minutes.
Cover it and leave 40-60 minutes.
Knead again 10 minutes, cut into 4 pieces make small balls.
Place them in a bread pan, cover it and leave about 1-2hours. (I don't count that precisely..)
Preheat the oven 180c
Bake it about 25 minutes. To prevent it from burning, I sometimes put cooking paper over the dough.
Done, I slice them and toast when I have breakfast :)
