Ingredients

1 . Methi seeds 60 gm

2 . Whole wheat flour 250 gm

3 . Gum 1 tbsp

4 . Jaggery 200 g

5 . Ghee 1/3 cup

6 . Garden Cress Seeds (Haliv/Aliv) 1 tbsp

7 . Poppy Seeds (Khaskhs) ½ tsp

8 . Dry coconut powder roasted 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions

Dry roast methi seeds and keep aside to cool.

Dry roast whole wheat flour and keep aside to cool.

Mix all the ingredients except ghee and grind them.

Heat ghee and pour on a mixture.

Mix well and make laddoos.
