Ingredients

  1. 1 . Methi seeds 60 gm
  2. 2 . Whole wheat flour 250 gm
  3. 3 . Gum 1 tbsp
  4. 4 . Jaggery 200 g
  5. 5 . Ghee 1/3 cup
  6. 6 . Garden Cress Seeds (Haliv/Aliv) 1 tbsp
  7. 7 . Poppy Seeds (Khaskhs) ½ tsp
  8. 8 . Dry coconut powder roasted 1 tbsp
  9. 9 . Almond, dried date, cashew roasted and powdered 1 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast methi seeds and keep aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Dry roast whole wheat flour and keep aside to cool.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients except ghee and grind them.

  4. 4

    Heat ghee and pour on a mixture.

  5. 5

    Mix well and make laddoos.
