Recipe adapted from Reader's Digest One-Dish Cooking Cookbook. Changed it a little to suit what we have in the kitchen
Marinade beef strips for at least 20 minutes. Air-fry beef strips separately. Alternatively, before proceeding to step 2, cook the beef strips in pan until they are slightly brown and remove.
Heat up pan, add a little oil and cook onion and garlic until onion is soft
Add bell pepper, cook for a minute. Add button mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in balsamic vinegar or sherry, water/stock, crushed beef cubes, chicken powder, salt, pepper, light sour cream, soy sauce/oyster sauce (your food, your choice)
Return beef to the mix. Add in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Mix corn flour with water to form slurry and add it to the mixture and stir slowly. Bring to boil.
Serve with cooked fettuccine.
