Ingredients

2 slice pork chop

1 tsp meat tenderizer

3 tbsp shaoxing wine

2 egg

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp each flour and corn flour

orange sauce

1 tbsp chili sauce

4 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tbsp light soy sauce

3 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp orange juice
-
4 tbsp chinese black vineger or balsamic vineger with one tsp sugar

garnish

1 orange flesh
Cooking Instructions

Marinate pork chop set aside minimun 1 hour

In high heat add pork chop then switch to low heat and let pork chop soak in oil for 3 minute, then swicth to high heat again and deep fry pork chop (about 5 minutes) till cooked and crispy on the outside.then set aside

Bring the boil sauce then add the fried pork chop and mix well till gravy start to thicken then add orange flesh then off heat.
