Ingredients

  1. 2 slice pork chop
  2. 1 tsp meat tenderizer
  3. 3 tbsp shaoxing wine
  4. 2 egg
  5. 2 tbsp water
  6. 1 tbsp each flour and corn flour
  7. orange sauce
  8. 1 tbsp chili sauce
  9. 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  11. 3 tbsp sugar
  12. 4 tbsp orange juice
  13. 4 tbsp chinese black vineger or balsamic vineger with one tsp sugar
  14. garnish
  15. 1 orange flesh

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate pork chop set aside minimun 1 hour

    In high heat add pork chop then switch to low heat and let pork chop soak in oil for 3 minute, then swicth to high heat again and deep fry pork chop (about 5 minutes) till cooked and crispy on the outside.then set aside

    Bring the boil sauce then add the fried pork chop and mix well till gravy start to thicken then add orange flesh then off heat.
