  1. 1 packages singapore ramen instant noodle (mee pok) or any flat ramen
  2. garnish
  3. 1 tbsp scallions
  4. sauce
  5. 1 tsp each dark sauce and light sauce
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil
  7. 1 tsp each chili sauce and sweet thai chili sauce
  8. 1 dash pepper
  9. LG FRIED ANCHOVIES (IKAN BILIS)
  10. 1 tbsp deep fried anchovies
