Ingredients

  1. 2 packages bar-s smoked sauage 28 links total
  2. 1 tsp minced garlic
  3. 1/2 tbsp pickling spice (i make home made spice
  4. 1 white vinegar
  5. 1 water
  6. 1 tsp white suger
  7. 1 salt to taste
  8. 4 quart jars

Cooking Instructions

    boil sausage five minutes

  2. 2

    mean while add garlic evenly to jars

  3. 3

    then add 1/2 tablespoon of pickling spice to each jar also salt and 1 teaspoon sugar to each jar

  4. 4

    when sausage is done add evenly between jars, then fill 3/4 of jar with vinegar then fill to bottom rim with water flip jars upside down and set in fridge jars will seal

This a good recipe for canning but I would pressure cooker to last on self .not fridge (L) :detective ;-)
