QUICK STIR FRY NOODLE

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 packages ramen or instant noodle
  2. 1 cup water or stock
  3. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  4. 1 dash black pepper
  5. vegetable
  6. 100 grams beansprouts
  7. 1 grated carrot
  8. 1 bunch spring onions
  9. 3 small deseeded chili optional
  10. sauce
  11. 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  12. 2 tbsp peri peri sauce or chili sauce
  13. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Method

20 mins
  1. Change

    cooked instant noodles as package drain and set aside.

  2. Change

    with sesame oil brown onion then add carrot saute for one minute then noodle

  3. Change

    add sauce and half cup of water and mix well then add beansprouts with spring onion for 2 minute

  4. Blank step
    Add Photo

    if its too dry add all water then mix well til almost dry

  5. Change

    off heat top black pepper and mix well and serve
