Ingredients

  1. 340 grams brown rice flour
  2. 90 grams sorghum flour
  3. 450 grams potato starch (not potato flour)
  4. 170 grams tapioca starch or corn starch
  5. 150 grams rice bran / ground flax seed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine well together. Store in an airtight container. Makes enough for 3 x 2lb loaves

    Use in place of store purchased gluten-free flour mix

  3. 3

    Follow a gluten-free recipe for best results with this flour mix. I have one posted in my profile, vic20adamant
