Been experimenting a lot lately and I've found this to be a great flavoured gluten-free bread mix
Ingredients

340 grams brown rice flour

90 grams sorghum flour

450 grams potato starch (not potato flour)

170 grams tapioca starch or corn starch
-
150 grams rice bran / ground flax seed
Cooking Instructions

Combine well together. Store in an airtight container. Makes enough for 3 x 2lb loaves

Use in place of store purchased gluten-free flour mix
