  1. 1 cup (150) gm Basmati rice
  2. 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
  5. 1/4 cup French beans finely chopped
  6. 3-4 Green chilies finely chopped
  7. 1 Onion chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  9. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  10. 2-3 tsp Soya sauce
  11. 4-5 tsp Tomato sauce
  12. 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  13. 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  14. 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  15. 1 /4 tsp Black pepper
  16. 5-6 tsp Oil for tempering
  17. to taste Salt

    Wash & soak rice for half an hour.

    Meanwhile chop veggies in small pieces.

    In a pressure cooker add rice, salt, 2 tsp oil & 1.5 cup water. Cook it on medium flame. After one whistle. Switch off gas stove.

  4. Change

    Heat oil in a wok. add onion. Once it translucent. Add ginger, garlic paste. Saute well. Add veggies. Saute it till all tender.

  5. Change

    Add all sauces & spices. Mix all properly. Saute it for a minute. Remove from gas.

    Add cooked rice in vegetables. Mix properly. Serve hot.
