1 tbsp brown sugar

2 eggs

1 dash salt

2 slice chedder cheese or swiss cheese

1 tbsp butter
Cooking Instructions

In low heat With melted butter layer thinly slice apple and let it carmelized both side

Add cinammon powder and sugar and let it carmelized the apple both side

Season with salt unto Beaten egg then pour onto the apple

Add grated cheese and let egg set then turn and flip into half

Serve top additional dash of cinnamon and extra slice of apple
