  2. 1 can sardines in tomato sauce (230g)
  3. Other
  4. 50 ml water
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
  6. 1 Tabasco pepper sauce
  7. 1 red chilli, remove seeds and sliced (please wear glove)
  8. 2 tsp white sugar
  9. 1 big purple onion, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat. Stir fry onion till fragrant.

    Add sardines with its tomato sauce. Add chilli, sugar and water. Add about 10 drops of Tabasco sauce. Simmer under low heat for 2 minutes till gravy slightly thickened.

    Best served hot with rice or porridge.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes.
