Ingredients

  1. 1 head cauliflower
  2. 4 each chicken bouillon cubes
  3. 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  4. 1 packages kielbasa or beef smoked sausage sliced (optional)
  5. 7 cup water
  6. 1 salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash cauliflower, add to a pot and add water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.

    Add chicken bouillon. Add more for flavor if you like.

  3. 3

    If using meat, add now. Return to a boil. Cook 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add cream of wheat. This can be adjusted, more for thicker soup.

  5. 5

    Add butter, Boil for 3 minutes
