Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. 500 g big potatoes
  2. 2 big onions
  3. 250 g blue and
  4. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, and put them in a cooking pot while they are still round.Boil it with salt for close to 20 minutes until it is completely cooked.Drain the water.

    Mash the potatoes using a mwiko as you add blueband to it until it is very fine.

    Chop onions and add it to the mashed potatoes then stir it inside.This is to add flavour to it.

    Serve while hot with beef or chicken stew.
