Moong Dal vada

  1. 1 cup Yellow moong dal
  2. 1 inch Ginger piece
  3. 2 Green chilies finely chopped
  4. 1 tsp Jeera
  5. 4-5 Black pepper
  6. Oil for deep fry
  7. to taste Salt


  1. Add Photo

    Coarsely grind the soaked moong dal.

  2. Add Photo

    Mix together all the above mentioned ingredients with the grinded dal.

  3. Add Photo

    Take a wok with enough oil for frying. Put on medium flame. Once the oil is hot add spoonful of batter one by one into the oil. Fry till golden brown crisp. Serve hot with tomato sauce or schezwan chutney.
