  2. 1 bunch spinach, washed and cut into bite size
  3. 1 chinese sausage, sliced into coin size

  1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat. Stir fry sausage till sizzling.

  2. Add in spinach. Stir fry till softened and well cooked. Spinach itself contains water so don't have to add any water.
