Ingredients

  1. 5 eggs
  2. 1 pepper,sliced
  3. 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and coriander,mixed
  4. 3 shallots ,diced
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 5 basils leaves
  7. 5 banana leaves bowl,small size

Cooking Instructions

    Use your muffin tray and your oven for more convenience ,i have those too,but i love to cook it this way ..see how i make it ..first i cut the banana leaves from its tree,left it in sunshines about 15 mins to soften the leaves

    Seperate leave from stems,clean with clean clothes,tear to approximately 7 inches wide

    Make the bowl,use 2 pieces of leaves,stick 4 corner with toothpick

    In the bowl,crack eggs ,add all ingredients ,mix well

    Fill in the bowl

    Baked on low heat until cook

  7. 7

    Serve hot ,i had this as my breakfast
