  1. 1 box spaghetti
  2. 1 lb Chicken cutlets cut into strips
  3. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  4. 3 clove Garlic, minced
  5. 3 tbsp Sugar
  6. 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  7. 1 pinch Ground ginger


  1. Add Photo

    Put spaghetti up to a boil, while spaghetti is boiling prepare the chicken

  2. Add Photo

    In a larger skillet on medium high flame- heat the olive oil and garlic. Add chicken strips and cook for about one minute

  3. Add Photo

    When chicken strips turn white add soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Coat all chicken pieces and cover pan for about 4 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Make sure chicken does not stick to the pan

  4. Add Photo

    When chicken has been fully cooked, remove from flame and add the hot spaghetti to it. Coat completely.
