I love this recipe. It reminds me of an old Spanish restaurant I used to visit. The oxtails were so tender and flavorful! This recipe hits the spot.
Brown oxtails in a skillet with some oil
Transfer browned meat to crockpot
Add all the spices, water and cream of mushroom into crockpot and stir up
Leave slow cooker on LOW setting for 6-7 hours.
Serve Oxtails and gravy on top of white rice!
