Just as good as the store bought ones!

  1. 6 cup Flour
  2. 1 envelope Yeast
  3. 2 tbsp White sugar
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 1 cup Warm water
  6. 1/4 cup Butter
  7. 1 tsp Salt

  1. Warm milk until bubbles form at the top

  2. Add sugar to the milk and take off heat. Let it come to a lukewarm temperature

  3. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in the water and let stand for 10 minutes

  4. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, milk mixture, and yeast.

  5. Add salt and 3 cups of flour, blending till smooth

  6. Add rest of flour to make a smooth dough and let rise in a greased bowl for an hour

  7. Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a round drinking glass

  8. Lay out the rolls on a piece of cornmeal dusted parchment paper and sprinkle cornmeal on the top. Let rise for 1/2 hour

  9. Cook on a greased griddle for 10 minutes on each side
