Ingredients

  1. 1 small can of Vienna sausage
  2. 3 large eggs
  3. 1/3 cup cheese
  4. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  7. 3 slice bread
  8. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  9. 1 non-stick spray
  10. 1 tbsp Heinz Ketchup, optional
  11. 1 tbsp water
  12. 2 tsp margarine

Cooking Instructions

    Spray and heat skillet

    Slice the sausage into medallions

  3. 3

    Brown the sausage a little

  4. 4

    Crack eggs slice the cheese

  5. 5

    Remove sausage scramble eggs add spices to eggs

  6. 6

    Pour eggs into skillet and cook

    Add sausage to eggs when done slice the cheese thin strips add on top

  8. 8

    Take water pour next to eggs and cover this will steam and melt cheese

  9. 9

    Fry the bread with lite margarine speard on both sides of bread

  10. 10

    After toasted , fried spread mayonnaise add eggs on top of a slice of bread add a slice on top of slice the rest of the eggs top it with third slice

    Cut in half enjoy

Tried Vienna sausage many ways. I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no way you can make it taste good. I don’t even know why they make it. It’s not a hot dog, nor a sausage, or any other meat I’ve ever had. Absolutely horrible. Never again.
