1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 non-stick spray

1 tbsp Heinz Ketchup, optional

Spray and heat skillet

Slice the sausage into medallions

Brown the sausage a little

Crack eggs slice the cheese

Remove sausage scramble eggs add spices to eggs

Pour eggs into skillet and cook

Add sausage to eggs when done slice the cheese thin strips add on top

Take water pour next to eggs and cover this will steam and melt cheese

Fry the bread with lite margarine speard on both sides of bread

After toasted , fried spread mayonnaise add eggs on top of a slice of bread add a slice on top of slice the rest of the eggs top it with third slice
