Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1 cup powdered sugar (confectioners)
  2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  3. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  4. 32 oz heavy whipping cream (liquid)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Leave your butter and cream cheese on room temperature for like 2 hrs before start making your frosting, this will make it easier!!

  2. 2

On a bowl soften your cream cheese and butter with a mixer

  3. 3

Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar at low speed to avoid flying it all over the kitchen. Once it is well incorporated set aside

  4. 4

On a different bowl add your heavy cream and whip it with the mixer until you can move the bowl and the cream will not move from its place and shape

  5. 5

Now incorporate the cream cheese mix onto your heavy cream with a spatula on circular moves. Do not stirr or you will flatten your pretty heavy cream down! !

  6. 6

Once both mixs are perfectly mixed together it is time to put is back on the fridge for 1 hour. This will make it easier to shape
