Ingredients

  1. 4 Portobello Mushroom caps/ stems removed
  2. 1 6 oz. can White Crabmeat, drained
  3. 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  4. 1 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Cheese
  5. 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  6. 2 Jumbo Eggs
  7. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  8. 1 tsp Dill Seasoning
  9. 1 Olive Oil, for basting

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms.

    Pre heat oven to 350.

    On medium heat, grill mushrooms till almost tender, basting with olive oil.

  4. 4

    While grilling mushrooms, bake stuffing until heated, about 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    When mushrooms are almost done, stuff with stuffing mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and grill until cheese is melted.

    Serve hot.
