Grilled Portobello Mushrooms/ w Crabmeat Stuffing

Delicious mushrooms. Juicy and tasty!
Ingredients

4 Portobello Mushroom caps/ stems removed

1 6 oz. can White Crabmeat, drained

3/4 cup Breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

2 Jumbo Eggs

1 tsp Black Pepper
-
1 tsp Dill Seasoning

1 Olive Oil, for basting
Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms.

Pre heat oven to 350.

On medium heat, grill mushrooms till almost tender, basting with olive oil.

While grilling mushrooms, bake stuffing until heated, about 20 minutes.

When mushrooms are almost done, stuff with stuffing mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and grill until cheese is melted.

Serve hot.
