Sizzling Tuna Sisig

Ingredients

  1. 2 big cans of Tuna chunks in water, drained and set aside
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 5 pieces Thai chilis, chopped
  4. 1 tsp vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  7. 1 salt and pepper to taste

Method

    Sautè tuna chunks in pan until golden brown.

    In mixing bowl, mix all the other ingredients. Then put the sautèd tuna on the mixture and blend well.

    Heat the iron cast plate. Spray a little oil. Then put the tuna sisig on top of the iron plate. Garnish with egg and chopped cilantro. Serve while hot. :)
