This dish happens to be one of the dishes I learnt while growing up. Thanks to my mum.
Ingredients

1 kg Palm fruit
-
Dried fish
-
leaf Scent
-
Seasoning cube and salt

Traditional seasoning
Cooking Instructions

Cook the Palm fruit after washing it for 30minute

Pound using morta and pestle till the back is thoroughly separated from the fruit

Wash with warm water to extract the juice and sieve out the chat using tiny hole sieve

Cook the Palm extract for another 20minutes till the water thickets a bit

Add the cooked meat with the stock and alow to boil together for another 5minutes

Add the blended peper and catfish, Stir and alow to boil for 5minutes

Add the sliced scent leaf, maggi cube and salt to taste

Stir and serve with any swallow or pasta of your choice.
