Healthy chicken stuffed peppers

This is my healthy twist on the traditional meal I had as a kid. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients

2 Organic chicken breasts

1 Organic bell pepper
-
1 Any vegetables you'd like

1 Any spices you like
Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350

Cut bell pepper in half and take seeds out.

Put chicken, vegetables and spices into a food processor to create stuffing.

Use stuffing from food processor to stuff the bell peppers. ( It's okay to overstuff a little on top)

Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. (Add a little cheese on top for garnish)

Remove from oven and enjoy!
