Ingredients

  1. 2 lb cubed beef stew meat
  2. 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  3. 1 envelope onion soup mix
  4. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  5. 1 cup Ginger ale or water

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 300°F

  2. 2

    Put beef tips in a 9x13 pan

  3. 3

    Mix the other ingredients very well

  4. 4

    Pour mixture over beef

  5. 5

    Cover with foil very tight and cook for 3 hrs. REMEMBER NO PEEKING!

    Remove foil and enjoy! Serve over egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes!

Made this tonight. Super easy, I had all the ingredients in my cupboards. The flavor was fantastic. I had 3.5 lbs of beef so I doubled the ingredients and added a small can of sliced mushrooms. Could not have been more pleased.
