Simply Baked chicken breasts

Quick easy meal serve with rice or potatoes and a veggie

  1. 4 chicken breasts
  2. 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules or 1 bullillon cube
  3. 1/2 cup boiling water
  4. 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  5. Seasoned salt
  6. Lemon pepper
  7. 4 Tbsp melted butter


60 to 90 min.
  1. Place chicken in baking pan skin side up

  2. Brush each breast with melted butter

  3. Season to taste with seasoned salt and lemon pepper

  4. Disolve chicken bouillon in boiling water

  5. Add parsley to boiling water and stir

  6. Pour boiling water mixture into bottom of pan

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes. Baste every 20 minutes while cooking.

  8. Serve au jus or with pan gravy
