Simply Baked chicken breasts

Quick easy meal serve with rice or potatoes and a veggie

  1. 4 chicken breasts
  2. 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules or 1 bullillon cube
  3. 1/2 cup boiling water
  4. 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  5. Seasoned salt
  6. Lemon pepper
  7. 4 Tbsp melted butter


60 to 90 min.
  1. Add Photo

    Place chicken in baking pan skin side up

  2. Add Photo

    Brush each breast with melted butter

  3. Add Photo

    Season to taste with seasoned salt and lemon pepper

  4. Add Photo

    Disolve chicken bouillon in boiling water

  5. Add Photo

    Add parsley to boiling water and stir

  6. Add Photo

    Pour boiling water mixture into bottom of pan

  7. Add Photo

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes. Baste every 20 minutes while cooking.

  8. Add Photo

    Serve au jus or with pan gravy
