Low Carb chili cheese coney casserole

This is one of the yummiest recipes I've ever made. While it's not extremely low in carbs it is a delicious lower carb meal for the whole family.



4 servings
  1. 6 hotdogs (cut into bite sized pieces)
  2. 1 lb browned ground beef
  3. 1 can hotdog chili or chili without beans
  4. 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 2 tsp yellow mustard
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  9. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  1. Add Photo

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Add Photo

    Placed sliced hot dogs on the bottom of the casserole dish

  3. Add Photo

    Top with Browned hamburger meat

  4. Add Photo

    Pour onion powder and yellow mustard on top of hamburger

  5. Add Photo

    Pour 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of this mixture

  6. Add Photo

    Pour chili on top of cheese.

    In a separate bowl beat eggs, then add mayonnaise, and heavy whipping cream. Stir until smooth and pour on top of the chili

    And the other cup of cheese to the top and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese begins to brown
