Wanted egg noodles with my Kielbasa and white sauce.
Mix first flour then salt. Then eggs, milk and butter.
Knead the dough on a broad that's heavily floured. Until smooth about 5 minutes.
Then cover the dough balled for 10 minutes.
Roll out on board to 1/4 inch. And slice to your preference. I used a pizza cutter.
Stack and air dry. About 15 minutes. They should be soft and not sticky.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Place in already boiling salted water. Use a big pot so they don't stick together.
