Homemade fresh egg noodles

Wanted egg noodles with my Kielbasa and white sauce.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 2 eggs beaten
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1 tbsp melted butter

Method

30 mins
  1. Mix first flour then salt. Then eggs, milk and butter.

  2. Knead the dough on a broad that's heavily floured. Until smooth about 5 minutes.

  3. Then cover the dough balled for 10 minutes.

  4. Roll out on board to 1/4 inch. And slice to your preference. I used a pizza cutter.

  5. Stack and air dry. About 15 minutes. They should be soft and not sticky.

  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Place in already boiling salted water. Use a big pot so they don't stick together.
