Ingredients

  1. 2 Bowl maida
  2. 1/2 bowl suji
  3. 1/4 bowl oil for moyan
  4. 1 ts salt
  5. 1/2 ts ajwain
  6. Water
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Some dry maida flour

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Maida, suji, salt, ajwain and oil....mix all ingredients properly now add lil water as required for make dough... Not hard not soft medium..

  2. Add Photo

    Now cover this dough for 1 hour

  3. Add Photo

    Now make big balls from this dough..

  4. Add Photo

    Take one ball.. Roll it like paratha.. Now put some oil on it than sprinkle some dry maida... Now fold it in squre side by side..

  5. Add Photo

    Again roll it and apply oil and maida.. Now fold it like long strip... Now again roll it.. Than prick it with fork... Cut it in one inch pieces

  6. Add Photo

    Put oil in a vessel for frying.. After heating the oil, medium the gas and put some pieces in to the oil...

    Deep fry it crispy and golden brown... You can see the different layers

  8. Add Photo

    Put it on tissu paper for 1 hour till cool it

  9. Add Photo

    Now store it...
