Peel and cut the platains.
Fill a bowl with water and add 3 pinch of salt and let the platains soak in the salted water for about 5 minutes.
In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the platain just until the platain are slightly tender when you pinch them with a fork.
When they are tender take them out of the pan and place them on a plate with a towel so it can absorb the excess of oil.
Take a piece of platain and smash it flat with a (tostonera).
And fry them again until desire crispness and golden color.
Season them with the garlic salt as soon as they are ready and ENJOY!!!
