Mix Vegetables soup. Using boiling method. The soup contain all the nutrients.
I add millet, chai seeds, and seaweeds to my rice.
Cooking Instructions

Boil water in pot. Add chicken stock.

Put all the vegetables into soup then cooked as side dish.

Prepare boiled egg and corn as side dish.

Pumpkin can mix with rice. Lastly the soup can be served.

You can add meat as you like.
