Name: Maxine's German Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients: 8 cup water; 3 tsp salt; 5 each chicken bouillon cubes; 2 tbsp butter; 1 cup cream of wheat; 1 packages keilbasa or smoked sausage, thinly sliced; 1 head large Cauliflower

This a wonderful soup, it tastes great with or without the sausage! :-)

Ingredients

8 cup water
3 tsp salt
5 each chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp butter
1 cup cream of wheat
1 packages keilbasa or smoked sausage, thinly sliced
1 head large Cauliflower

Cooking Instructions

Wash cauliflower and put into a large kettle/pot

Add water and salt, bring to a boil
3

Cover and simmer until very tender
4

Mash with potato masher
5

Add keilbasa,bouillon,and butter; bring to boil
6

Stir in cream of wheat
7

Cook 5 minutes; add salt to taste
