Bacon covered meatloaf
I am uploading this recipe after not finding a good Bacon wrapped meatloaf recipe here.
Ingredients

3 hardboiled eggs

2 1/2 cup onion

3 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3/4 lb ground beef
-
1/2 lb lean beef
-
1 egg
-
1 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 packages BACON
Cooking Instructions

boil 3 eggs

saute onions with salt in butter for 20 minutes

cool onions

preheat oven to 400°

mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, and cooled onions in medium bowl

add raw egg, mix well then add breadcrumbs

divide mixture into two parts, use half to make bottom half of loaf in large roasting pan.

place three hard boiled eggs down center of loaf.

use remaining mixture to cover eggs

wrap entire loaf with BACON be sure to tuck it under the sides and over the ends, if you have pieces left over not a problem just put them under some paper towers, microwave 3 minutes, and relax.

bake 1 hour at 400°

baste with spoon over loaf and let rest for at least 15 minutes.

I found a bread knife works best for the Bacon shell, Enjoy
