Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Firstly, you have to perboil the indomie...This is with the aim of softening it and can be achieved by putting some amount of water in the pot to boil for a while at high temperature....Then you put in the noodles after which you put down in a sieve

  2. 2

Secondly since you have perboiled the indomie, you proceed further to the main cooking. You heat a pot on the gas for a while then you add up your groundnut oil followed subsequently by your onion, pepper and tomato and you fry for a while.

  3. 3

Then you add up the indomie to the mix and stir..cover up and leave to cook for a while

  4. 4

At this point you could add up the indomie seasoning, stir and cook for a while....Then put down

  5. 5

For the plantain, you put a moderate amount of groundnut oil in the frying pan and leave to heat. While this is going on, you peel off the yellowish brown peel of the plantain and cut up the plantain and then you add up to the oil and fry.

  6. 6

In between the frying, you turn over the plantain to prevent one side from getting burnt then you put down when ready.

  7. 7

Now you can go ahead to serve your indomie and plantain
