5 minute lo-carb chocolate cake

This is a great lo carb pick me up that's super quick and easy to make. I have found that you can create nearly infinite variations depending on the exact quantities and ratios. Want fudgey brownie, drop all the dry ingredient a bit, cake? add a tad bit of baking soda. The drizzle of Carmel and chocolate help make it great for that special someone who is watching their carbs.

Ingredients

  1. dry
  2. 4 tbsp stevia
  3. 2 tbsp cocoa powder(dark or light)
  4. 2 tbsp soy flour
  5. 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, pancake mix, or other flour
  6. wet
  7. 3 tbsp almond or soy milk
  8. 3 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1 each egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    mix dry ingredients in mug or mini cassolette dish, add cinnamon, nutmeg, small bit of baking powder if desired

    mix in wet ingredients

  3. 3

    microwave on high for 3 minutes
