Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 fillets of cod
  2. 150 g quinoa
  3. handful baby spinach
  4. handful cherry tomatoes
  5. 2 spoons olive oil
  6. salt, pepper and ground cumin

Method

20 minutes
  1. Add Photo

    Cook cod fillets seasoned with salt, pepper and ground cumin on a pan in water for 15 minutes or until cooked.

  2. Add Photo

    Cook quinoa in water according to the instructions.

  3. Add Photo

    Mix chopped baby spinach with cherry tomatoes and cooked quinoa and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil.
