  1. 250 grams all purpose flour
  3. 3 albumen
  4. 250 ml fresh milk
  5. 175 grams sugar
  6. 2 tsp vanilli
  7. 1 tsp emulsifier e.g sp
  8. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  9. 1 paste ( strawberry,chocolate,orange,melon)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    mix egg,sugar,vanilli,emulsifier,baking powder with middle speed mixer

  2. 2

    mix it until expand

  3. 3

    add flour

  4. 4

    pour fresh milk

  5. 5

    give the paste

  6. 6

    steam in 10 minutes
