Chinese Surimi (Imitation Crab) Casserole

Every Chinese resturaunt has their take on imitation crab casserole. It's a tasty inexpensive dish. Real crab can be used but will differ from the traditional Chinese buffet offering.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
