1 lb ground beef "browned"

1/2 cup rice "cook rice"

2 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

8 oz water

5 oz container Blue cheese crumbles

6 bell peppers "hollowed and deseaded" boiled 30 minutes to soften!
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together in bowl expect the peppers and blue cheese.

Boil peppers to soften.

Stuff peppers level full with mixture.

Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles cover with pepper tops and bake in oven 1 hour.
