Roti Canai Malay Curry Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg Potatoes, diced
  2. 1 Onion, chopped
  3. 2 tsp Curry powder
  4. 2 clove Garlic
  5. 2 Cm cinnamon stick
  6. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  7. 4 tbsp Cooking oil
  8. 4 cup Vegetable stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat cooking oil, add onions and stir till soft

  2. 2

    Add curry powder, cinnamon stick, clove, star anise and chilli powder. Stir for 30 secs

  3. 3

    Add potatoes in curry mixture, stir for 2 mins

  4. 4

    Add stock and sinner for 30 mins or till potatoes cooked

  5. 5

    Add coconut cream and bring to boil

  6. 6

    Heat frying pan and cook roti canai each side till golden brown
