Roti Canai Malay Curry Sauce

Ingredients

1 kg Potatoes, diced

2 can Coconut cream
-
1 Onion, chopped

2 tsp Curry powder
-
2 clove Garlic
-
2 Cm cinnamon stick

1 tsp Chilli powder

4 tbsp Cooking oil

4 cup Vegetable stock
Cooking Instructions

Heat cooking oil, add onions and stir till soft

Add curry powder, cinnamon stick, clove, star anise and chilli powder. Stir for 30 secs

Add potatoes in curry mixture, stir for 2 mins

Add stock and sinner for 30 mins or till potatoes cooked

Add coconut cream and bring to boil

Heat frying pan and cook roti canai each side till golden brown
