Simple, quick and easy cheesy biscuits! I bake these in a mini muffin tin because the crispy edges are my favorite!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Bisquick
  2. 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  3. 8 oz sour cream
  4. 1 stick melted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Toss Bisquick and cheese together in bowl. NOTE: Freshly grated cheese works much better than the packaged grated cheese.

    Melt butter.

    Add sour cream to melted butter and mix well

  4. 4

    Stir butter sour cream mixture into Bisquick cheese until combined

  5. 5

    Spoon into mini muffin tins. Makes 24 mini muffins.

    Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.

Taste delicious! Works with aunt jemima and if you're lowering the recipe to make like 3 or 4 they work in the microwave for two minutes, wonderful for college food when you're on a budget and all you have is bisquick and sour cream/butter
