Raspberry mug cake

love cake but live alone so this recipe lets me have dessert on demand.
Ingredients

1/2 cup bisquick
-
8 tbsp milk, creamer
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 handful raspberrires, to coat bottom of mug

2 tbsp brown sugar, unpacked

1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Cooking Instructions

Load berries into bottom of mug and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over berries.

Microwave for 2 minutes. Cool before serving. Serving suggestions include cool whip, caramel sauce, or ice cream.
