1 cup matar boiled

2 potato boiled and cut in pieces

2 green chilli, ginger paste

1/2 tsp haldi powder

1/2 tsp amchur powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1-2 tsp oil
Cooking Instructions

Karahi m oil garam karein or green chilli or ginger saute karein.

Add tomato puree. Cook 2 min.Mix all masale.Cook 2 min.

Aalu or matar mix kar ke 1/ 2 cup pani dal kar karahi ko cover karein or sim gas p 5 min tak pkne de.1 tsp fresh malai mix karein.
