  1. 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, with the oil from the jar
  2. 3 clove garlic,smashed and peeled
  3. 1 cup milk or cream
  4. 3 tbsp parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Put sun dried tomatoes with the oil and garlic in food processor.

    While pureeing,slowly add chicken stock and milk.

  3. 3

    Puree until well blended

  4. 4

    Pour into a small sauce pan.

  5. 5

    Add Parmesan cheese and heat on stove until it reaches a boil.

  6. 6

    Serve over pasta or chicken
